Purpose:
Spokane Public Library delivers high quality education for all with opportunities to read, to learn, and discover the world.

In addition to books, ebooks, music and other media for check out, the Library offers free public meeting space and free events and classes for kids and adults. Spokane Public Library also offers genealogy research support, technology assistance, and can connect the community with job search resources. 

At the Downtown Library, the Northwest Room offers one of the most impressive collections of Northwest historical materials and the LevelUp co working space provides all that's needed for a productive work day -- including access to a Bloomberg Terminal and fully loaded iMac workstations.
