Advocate for and educate about historic preservation and maintenance of Spokane's 100 yr. old Moore-Turner heritage Gardens and the D.C. Corbin home within Edwidge Woldson Park.

Planted in the early 1900's, visitors can walk under century old trees and shrubs as they are thriving again next to heirloom perennials, roses and wisteria.
Volunteer Opportunities:
  • Spring clean-up in co-operation with Park staff

  • Greeting visitors to the gardens to share its story

  • Event support during our fall fundraiser, Art in Bloom

  • Garbage pick-up and leaf raking
Annual Events:
"Traditional English Tea & Garden Tour"-Spring Opening of the Gardens- event in late April, held at historic Corbin Art Center, which includes work for sale by local artists.
"Art in Bloom"- fundraiser each September; a spectacular exhibit where we pair the artistic creations of floral and visual artists; next event is Sept. 22 & 23 at the Corbin Art Center.
