Friends of the Moore-Turner Heritage Gardens
Advocate for and educate about historic preservation and maintenance of Spokane's 100 yr. old Moore-Turner heritage Gardens and the D.C. Corbin home within Edwidge Woldson Park.
Planted in the early 1900's, visitors can walk under century old trees and shrubs as they are thriving again next to heirloom perennials, roses and wisteria.
- Spring clean-up in co-operation with Park staff
- Greeting visitors to the gardens to share its story
- Event support during our fall fundraiser, Art in Bloom
- Garbage pick-up and leaf raking
Spring Opening of the Gates- event in late April or first week of May.
Art in Bloom- fundraiser in September.
