Mobius Spokane is a nonprofit organization in downtown Spokane. Mobius has two sites -- Mobius Science Center and Mobius Children's Museum -- available for youth in the Inland Northwest to experience science, technology, math,engineering, and the arts.
Mobius Science Center is a nonprofit. Established in 2012, the science center provides the opportunity for visitors to discover how science works through experiential learning. Our board members, staff, and volunteers are dedicated to creating fun and hands-on STEM experiences for families and youth over 8 years old in our community. In addition to hands-on exhibits, the science center has camps, field trips, and an outstanding education team that inspires and engages youth with workshops and offsite events.
At Mobius Science Center, we encourage individuals of all ages to spark their curiosity and ignite their imagination!
We are always looking for new volunteers and could use your unique talents and skills!
As a volunteer with Mobius, you will interact with children and families and impact their lives in meaningful ways, all while having fun! You will assist staff on the exhibit floor, learn how to lead art and science activities, assist with camps and classes, help take care of our animals, help with special events, and offer your time and skills in many other ways. Days and times for volunteer shifts are flexible.
Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years old. 13 years old and younger may volunteer with an adults 18 years old or older.

2. Meet with the Volunteer Manager for an interview to discuss available volunteer positions and determine the one best suited for your interests, knowledge, goals, and availability.
3. Attend required training sessions based on the volunteer position(s) you choose.
