Purpose:
St. Margaret's Shelter is a transitional shelter for women and children located on the lower South Hill.  Services include case management, life skills training and employment assistance.

St. Margaret's also manages Rapid Rehousing which helps move at-risk families from homelessness to housing. Call at 509-340-9329.

Volunteer Opportunities:
  • Help with childcare

  • Donate clothes, household items, and diapers

  • Tutor or mentor

  • Organize donations and clothing for our clothing room.

  • General cleaning and organizing around shelter

  • Plan and put on an activity or arts and crafts

CHAIRity Event and Community Festival
Saturday, April 28 noon to 5 pm, 919 E. Trent

Mark those calendars and come out to CHAIRity 2012 on Saturday April 28th 12-5 at 919 E Trent. Buy a $1 raffle ticket and get a chance to win a chair. There will be both silent auction and raffle chairs, plus live music, wine tasting and vendor galore!
