Spokane HOPE (Hearing Oral Program of Excellence)
Building Bright Futures for Children with Hearing Loss.
Spokane HOPE changes the lives of children with hearing loss by teaching them to listen and speak so they can fully participate in our hearing world. Our purpose is to optimize the acquisition of listening, learning and speaking skills in children who have hearing loss (ages 1-5) and to provide a supportive environment for their families with the ultimate goal to prepare the students for a seamless transition to the student's mainstream educational setting in their neighborhood schools.
Our highly specialized early intervention program has a lifelong impact for children who are deaf and hard of hearing and their futures to be oral, independent, confident, and productive citizens of society.
