Career Path Services is a private non-profit corporation, providing workforce development services to individuals and employers in Washington State. We empower our communities through employment, training, and basic education to economically disadvantaged adults, dislocated workers, and youth.  Our services are free of charge, though eligibility requirements may apply. Please also note that due to limited funding, not everyone who qualifies may be enrolled.

We strive for the highest level of performance excellence in all we do.  This means exceeding all contractual, programmatic, and fiscal goals on an individual, team, and corporate basis.  We endeavor to have the best possible relationships with our fund and referral sources by being responsive to their needs, treating them with respect and exceeding their performance requirements.  We strive to be each fund sources' "preferred provider".

Transitional Jobs Programs:

R.I.S.E (Resources to Inititate Successful Employment): The R.I.S.E. program offers assistance to those utilizing SNAP Food Benefits in obtaining emploment at a livable wage through services providing case management, job experience, and employment training assistance. Below, one of our R.I.S.E. participants discusses his experience with the program:

Commerce WorkFirst: Our Department of Commerce funded programs support job seekers who receive Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF).  This transitional jobs program assists in addressing barriers to employment while gaining valuable work experience.  Services are offered in Eastern Washington, King County and Pierce County.
