A non-profit law firm offering legal services and advocacy to under-served populations. We focus on civil rights, government accountability, discrimination, poverty, and the environment.

Talk to a lawyer for FREE.  Justice Night is a free legal clinic we offer, which is open to all members of the Spokane community who need legal information in the following areas:  Family Law, Consumer Protection, Housing, LFO (legal financial obligation) Expungement, and Police and Government Accountability.  Unfortunately,
we cannot assist with Felonies.  Justice Night is held on the 2nd Thursday of every month, at varying locations.  Justice Night is a walk-in legal clinic.  No appointment is necessary.
Volunteer Opportunities:
  • As a law firm and advocacy organization, the Center for Justice is continually looking for ways to improve our service to clients and the community. The most direct way to become involved in our work is through volunteering as either a general volunteer or as a volunteer lawyer.  Call for volunteer opportunities.
  • The Center has a long-term commitment to assist the neediest in Spokane through our Community Advocacy program.  We’re also deeply engaged in trying to preserve and protect the Spokane River through the Spokane Riverkeeper program. Both programs benefit not just from volunteers but from engaged and active supporters.

  • The Center is also committed to journalism that chronicles our litigation and advocacy efforts. If you have an interest in assisting us with writing, photography, etc., let us know.
