Transitional Living Center

Transitional Living Center (TLC) is dedicated to helping homeless women with children create stability in their lives.
TLC is a transitional housing program in which participating families may live for up to 24 months. We have one, two and three bedroom apartments.
In 2014, 29 families with 56 children were served at TLC.
Services provided: case Management designed to create stability; 15 units: 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments; Life Skills Training; on-site Computer/Technology Center; on-site childcare; Family Focused Program-Parenting Support; and supportive community environment.
If you love photography there will always be an opportunity to shoot events or portraits.

Get your hands dirty at Transitions' Growing Hope Community Garden. Watering, planting, building...whatever you like to do there is a place for you!

We're seeking guest "chefs" at Miryam's House, the Women's Hearth and the Transitional Living Center to help the women we serve learn more about cooking and nutrition!
