Purpose:
Provides 180-day long-term residential substance-abuse treatment for women over 18.  Women must be pregnant or parenting a child under the age of 6.

The women spend 6 months at our facility learning about addiction and how to make healthy, life long decisions. Clients spend confidential group time, individual counseling and numerous classes in order to have the tools for success. Clients additionally have an opportunity to learn how to be better parents with experienced staff to guide them.

Therapeutic Child Care is a program which teaches children basic life skills and positive health boundaries.

Statistics:
  • Spokane exceeds the national figures for intimate partner violence.  In Spokane, 43% of women and 22% of men reported encountering intimate partner violence in their lifetimes.  National figures estimate 9-30% for women and 13-16% for men.
