Together, we can prevent heart disease and stroke.   Join us at this yearís Go Red For Women Luncheon.

Key Note Speaker:  TBA

Heart disease kills 1 in 3 women Ė mothers, sisters, daughters, friends Ė and is more deadly than all forms of cancer combined. More women die of heart diseases than the next four causes of death combined, including all forms of cancer.

    ▪    1 in 3 American women die of heart disease,
compared to 1 in 30 women who die of breast cancer.

    ▪    90% of women have 1 or more risk factors
for developing heart disease.

But there is good news: 80% of cardiac events in women may be prevented if they make the right choices of their hearts, involving diet, exercise, and abstinence from smoking.

Get informed about the risks of heart disease and stroke. Know the red flags. Know your heart health story. Go Red For Women encourages women and their families to take action and live a healthier life. Letís get started. Letís unite. Together we are stronger and unstoppable. United, we are working to improve the health of women in our community.
