The event is for EVERYONE
- whether you have a disability or not,
even though it is held each year in celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
The event is designed to
bring together job candidates, employers, service providers, educators, and students for employment opportunities, assistive technology demonstrations, and resources for individuals and veterans with disabilities. Come meet employers
from a variety of industries, see assistive technology demonstrations, and learn about community resources.People with any kind of a disability
are encouraged to attend one of the free prep sessions! You will gain valuable knowledge and tools to help you make the most of your job fair experience. Please register for a session by calling (509) 532-3120, or register online. There are 20 slots available per session, including how to work a job fair, develop your 30-second commercial, and gain one-on-one resume' assistance. Pre-registration is NOT required
for job seekers. Employers:
This job and resource fair is open to employers hiring in any industry or skill level as well as service providers who serve individual with disabilities and/or veterans. Organizations must choose between an employer or service provider booth upon registration. Those who serve in both capacities must register for two booths - there is no charge for an additional booth.
